During my career, I have had the opportunity to integrate new procedures and processes, alongside providing top level, 5 star service. Being that this industry can be heavily focused on client needs, it draws on a wide range of skills, at times executed all at once.
With previous experience in all facets of hospitality, tourism and technology, from Sales and Business Development to training, Implementation of Systems and high-end service provisions, I find myself drawn to explore different avenues of improving systems and improving business structures.
This kind of systematic thinking is both exciting and challenging. I believe this is fitted to my style of analytic problem solving and will open up more opportunities in exploring other avenues, as it still remains a passion of mine and one I find myself increasingly enthused by.
My current professional experience has lead me to a unicorn role in direct inbound sales, along side of data migration, a dule role that seamlessly blends the onboarding process, getting to know each facet of the clients needs and then implementing them into our product.
