Delegates considering booking accommodation for the Conference through the Conference Managers should be aware that there is very limited room availability at the discounted rate at the Sofitel Brisbane Central. It will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so prompt action is advised to secure accommodation for the event.

Cancellations before or on Monday 29 July 2024 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Tuesday 30 July 2024 to Thursday 26 September 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Friday 27 September 2024 will receive no refund.
