Tracey Foxall has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and property management sectors.

In her current role as the Managing Director of Bachcare—New Zealand’s leading vacation rental management company and part of the UK-based Forge Group, she oversees the company’s operations, ensuring the effective management of its portfolio.

Before joining Bachcare, Tracey held several roles at Booking.com, including Regional Manager—Oceania, overseeing Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. During her time there, she gained valuable insights into the digital travel and accommodation space. She has also dedicated more than a decade in the hotel sector, fine-tuning her skills in operations, guest services, and strategic planning.

Tracey is passionate about the industry and its ongoing success in New Zealand. Over the years, she has built a strong reputation as a key contributor in shaping industry standards and practices in New Zealand. Her extensive experience, combined with her passion for the travel and hospitality sector experience, makes her a highly respected leader and expert within the industry.
