
Will Creedon is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the global hospitality and tourism industry. Originally from a dairy farm in Ireland, Will moved to Australia in 2000, where he was headhunted by The Roche Group to develop Harrigan’s Irish Pub and manage Hunter Valley Gardens.
A recognised and respected visionary in the visitor economy, Will has launched numerous successful ventures and a management company focused on restructuring distressed hospitality assets during the GFC.
In 2015, he co-founded Alloggio Group with his wife, Karen Howard. Today, Alloggio is a leading vacation rental operator, managing over 3,000 vacation rental properties with an underlying asset value at ~$3.4B, and a growing mixed accommodation division with 15 budget hotels, motels, and leisure parks
Under Will’s leadership, Alloggio became the first STRA company listed on the ASX (2021) and later returned to private ownership (2023). He continues to drive the company’s expansion across the APAC region.
