Group registrations is the completion and purchase of three or more Conference registrations at the great price of $549.00pp including GST. This special group registration fee excludes the cost of social functions and this is only available to ASTRA members.

Registration

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.astrahts@arinexgroup.com.

Cancellations before or on 21 July 2025 will incur a $150.00 AUD cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 22 July 2025 – 21 September 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after 22 September 2025 will receive no refund.

Social Functions cancellation policy

Cancellations for any purchased Poolside Cocktail Welcome Function tickets and any purchased ASTRA Awards Dinner tickets purchased from 22 July 2025 – 21 September 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations on or after 22 September 2025 will receive no refund.
