Note: Payments by credit card will incur the following fees to cover administrative costs to process the payments and account reconciliations, transaction processing fees and compliance and security costs: Visa and MasterCard at 2.2% and American Express at 3.0% and all prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Group Conference Registration
Group registrations is the completion and purchase of three or more Conference registrations at the great price of $599 per person.
This special group registration fee is only available to current ASTRA members and only applies to bookings of 3 or more delegates from the same organisation, made at the same time.
If, 30 days before the event, your group has fewer than 3 completed registrations, remaining bookings will be charged at the relevant higher single registration rate. Any difference in fees will be invoiced and full balance payment required prior to coming onsite.
Registration Terms and Conditions
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.astrahts@arinexgroup.com.
- Cancellations before or on Tuesday 21 July 2026 will incur a A$150 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations from Wednesday 22 July 2026 to Thursday 1 October 2026 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations on or after Friday 2 October 2026 will receive no refund.

We expect everyone involved in the development and participation of the event to interact with each other in a respectful and courteous manner and not to display anti-social behaviour.
Anti-social behaviour includes any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying or abuse of authority as outlined in the Delegate Code of Conduct and Conference Statement of Behaviour.
