Sarah commenced as General Manager of ASTRA on 1 September 2025. She works closely with the Board, ASTRAs Committees and most importantly members to drive ASTRAs strategic priorities, strengthen ASTRAs industry voice, and ensure that every member feels heard, supported and represented.

Sarah brings extensive senior leadership experience spanning the private, corporate, and public sectors, with deep expertise in strategy, operations, marketing, economic development, team culture, and business growth. Additionally, Sarah has built and operated a successful business coaching and consulting practice, where she has guided numerous organisations and businesses through strategic initiatives and transformational changes across multiple industries, helping them achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
