Angela Carrick is a leading short-term rental and furnished accommodation specialist with over 14 years’ industry experience. She is a licensed real estate agent in NSW and Victoria and leads a property management business operating across two Australian states, supported by a dedicated offshore team.
Her company, Air Design Australia, was awarded ASTRA Property Management Company of the Year in 2025 (under 50 properties), recognising its expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong operational outcomes.
Angela combines her extensive industry experience with coaching and consulting, working with real estate agencies, property professionals and new hosts seeking to establish, scale or diversify into the short-term and furnished accommodation sector. Her coaching focuses on practical strategies, systems, technology, revenue optimisation, guest experience and the recruitment and training of offshore teams.
Just for fun, Angela is also overseeing the design and construction of a purpose-built holiday rental in Sydney’s Inner West.
