Karam Kim is Head of Public Affairs for AU and NZ at Booking, leading the platform’s government relations for the region. A tech and tourism industry executive specialising in digital platforms public policy, he leads an advocacy strategy that spans competition law, STR policy, financial services regulation and taxation. Prior to joining Booking, Karam specialised in competition and AI policy for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and served in several Federal and State agencies.
