I’ve spent more than 12 years hosting and co-hosting short-stay properties in Australia and overseas. I’m the co-founder of The Holiday Home Girls, the styling, procurement and co-hosting strategy business I launched with Sharon in 2022.
My focus is revenue: pricing strategy, listing performance and direct-booking channels, and the styling decisions that lift a property’s nightly rate rather than simply filling a calendar. We work with private owners and property managers across Stayz, Airbnb and Booking.com.
We’ve also developed education for the sector, including The Profitable Host School. Sharon and I recently appeared as guest judges for a Freedom Challenge on Channel 9’s The Block, and share our work through industry podcasts, media and education.
