Ethan Brown is General Manager APAC at Hospitable, the property management software used by more than 24,000 short-term rental operators worldwide.
Ethan has managed properties on the Sunshine Coast since 2019 and ran his own properties on Hospitable before joining the company in 2022. That operator’s view shapes how he leads Hospitable’s growth across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, most recently by overseeing the launch of Hospitable Trust Accounting, a purpose-built trust accounting product for Australian property managers.
Ethan has worked closely with ASTRA as a longstanding supplier member and on ASTRA’s Membership and Marketing Committee. He speaks publicly on the short-term rental industry, with commentary carried by news.com.au, realestate.com.au and AccomNews. He hosts the Hospitable Hosts podcast and was nominated for Rising Star at the 2026 STRive Awards.
