Neil had been working in frontline property management for a few years and increasingly found how disconnected the mix was between the expectations of home owners, guests and businesses, and even upon the implementation of tools to make it all possible and decided to establish Bear Revenue to focus on his passion of working with others to assist, inform and implement these positive changes to help them get more ‘good bookings’ and grow their business.
Neil focuses on working with people to find the right way to get the right mix to their markets and make it relatable so they can speak confidently to their owners and put in place competitive approaches, as well as free up their time to focus on the many other hats that have to be worn in day-to-day property management.
