Heath Delfos is a revenue and distribution leader with more than 15 years’ experience across luxury hotels, serviced apartments, resorts and holiday rentals. After early revenue roles with Accor in China and Hilton in Perth and Kuala Lumpur, he held director-level positions with Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, InterContinental Sydney and Accor, before becoming Director – Global Revenue Optimisation at Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts.
Since 2025, Heath has been Head of Revenue & Distribution at Alloggio Group, which manages holiday rentals and hotels across eastern Australia and New Zealand. Leading a team of regional revenue managers, he oversees pricing, OTA distribution and performance reporting, and has spearheaded AI-driven rate and inventory optimisation. His current priorities include standardising weekly revenue reviews, building the Business framework for revenue managers, and driving a hotel portfolio project to align rate architecture, enhance systems and grow contracted business.
