Meet Sharon — holiday homeowner, host, property stylist and one half of The Holiday Home Girls.
With 16+ years of self-managing her six holiday homes across Queensland, coupled with a background in nursing, Sharon brings a natural love of organisation, systems and problem-solving to the STR world — skills that have helped her successfully run properties remotely.
Sharon has learnt a thing or two about what makes guests BOOK… and what makes them scroll straight past!
Her own property, The Bahama House, was named one of Stayz’s Top 10 Holiday Homes in Australia for 2025, with a few other awards and accolades along the way.
In 2022, Sharon teamed up with Dee to create The Holiday Home Girls — helping holiday homeowners and property managers create stays guests actually want to book, through styling, photography, listing strategy and smarter hosting.
They also create industry education through small group styling sessions, podcasts, their upcoming online courses and recently swapped holiday homes for television, appearing as guest judges on Channel 9’s The Block.
