Hayden is a technology entrepreneur and accommodation industry professional with more than 15 years of experience across hotels, holiday rentals and property technology.
He founded Coast Holiday Management, growing the business across multiple Queensland destinations before successfully selling the company in 2025.
Hayden is also a Co-Founder and Director of Homhero, an Australian property management software platform built specifically for professional holiday rental operators. Since helping establish Homhero, he has played a key role across product strategy, partnerships, client relationships and the development of new technology designed to improve how accommodation businesses operate.
Combining hands-on operational experience with a strong understanding of software and emerging technology, Hayden is passionate about helping accommodation operators automate manual processes, improve the guest experience and build more efficient, scalable businesses.
