Yoav Tourel is Managing Director, APAC at Guesty, a global property management technology platform for the short-term rental and hospitality industry, and Chair of the Board of Directors at ASTRA. He is a commercially minded technology executive with 15+ years’ experience building and scaling high-growth businesses across APAC.
At Guesty, Yoav established and led the APAC region, growing the business from inception and working closely with property managers, operators and industry partners across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. His role sits at the intersection of technology, commercial growth, customer leadership and industry change.
As ASTRA Chair, Yoav is focused on strengthening ASTRA’s role as the peak industry voice, supporting evidence-based advocacy, professional standards, member engagement and a more trusted, sustainable short-term rental accommodation sector across Australia and New Zealand.
